Pitt nabs Orlando DB Julius James
By RecruitingNation
Senior cornerback Julius James (Orlando/Evans) pledged over the weekend to sign with the Panthers, the Orlando Sentinel reports.
"I'm 100 percent committed. I like Pitt a lot," Julius said. "The coaches are great and they seem like a real family-oriented coaching staff."
He chose Pittsburgh over scholarship offers from Boise State, Boston College, Bowling Green, Cincinnati, Florida International, Florida Atlantic, Iowa State, Memphis and South Alabama.
The 5-foot-11, 175-pound prospect is currently ungraded by ESPN but will receive an evaluation soon.
He is commitment No. 21 for the Panthers.
