Chasen Anderson to play for his father
Senior linebacker Chasen Anderson (Logan, Utah) has committed to play for his father, head coach Gary Anderson, and the Utah State Aggies, according to the Salt Lake Tribune.
"I know the feel up here and the vibe, and I know it's the right place for me," Chasen said. "They've come a long way in four years, and watching them grow has really helped my decision. They have some great recruits, and they think I can come in and make the program better."
Chasen led all Utah Class 4A linebackers in tackles as a junior but suffered a season-ending knee injury on the first play of his senior year.
His older brother, Keegan Anderson, plays tight end for Utah State.
The Aggies have 12 pledges.
