Robinson follows in brother's footsteps

North Carolina State has received a commitment from senior linebacker Artemis Robinson (Laurinburg, N.C./Scotland), Rivals.com reports. He is the younger brother of former N.C. State LB Terrell Manning, who plays for the Green Bay Packers.
Appalachian State, Duke, Elon and North Carolina A&T also extended scholarship offers to the 6-foot-1, 210-pound prospect. Ball State and Minnesota were among the other programs expressing interest.
Robinson will be evaluated and graded soon by ESPN.
The Wolfpack now have 20 pledges, including three from linebackers, for the Class of 2013.
