Scouts: USC adds new dimension at WR
By Tom Luginbill
When you consider USC’s limited scholarship numbers the fact that they have committed to taking at least two wide receivers is a sign that Kiffin and Co. are preparing for early departures to the NFL from both Robert Woods and Marquise Lee.
The latest addition Steven Mitchell (Mission Hills, Calif./Bishop Alemany) adds a different dimension to USC’s receiving corps especially with the ball in his hands after the catch which could also lead to production in the return game. He is quicker than fast, but a nice change of pace from what the Trojans usually play with on the perimeter.
