New head coach Hugh Freeze and the SEC Rebels picked up two new verbals from prospects on campus for official visits, according to multiple sources.
High two-star running back Quintavius Burdette (Senatobia, Miss.), who originally committed to Arkansas State in June when Freeze was leading the Red Wolves, is now set for Ole Miss. He's a 5-foot-10, 185-pound prospect.
Also committing was two-star kicker Andy Pappanastos (Montgomery, Ala./Trinity Presbyterian). Pappanastos may need to take a grayshirt year but is expected to go on scholarship with Ole Miss at some point.
The Rebels are currently holding 16 recruits for 2012, including four junior college players who were mid-year enrollees.
