Two-star defensive back William Parks (Philadelphia/Germantown) has decommitted from Pittsburgh and pledged to sign with Arizona, multiple sources report. He's in Tucson, Ariz. for an official visit this weekend.
The 6-foot-0, 180-pound senior originally committed to the Panthers back in June, well before the program's coaching change. He took an official visit to Pitt Jan. 13.
Connecticut, New Mexico, Temple and Buffalo also extended scholarship offers.
