Kansas State strengthened its offensive and defensive lines with the additions of two new verbals.

High two-star defensive tackle Demonte Hood (Arlington, Texas/Bowie) has committed, according to Rivals.com. The 6-foot, 290-pound senior picked the Wildcats over scholarship offers from Arkansas, Kansas, San Diego State and Washington.
