North Carolina head coach Larry Fedora convinced two-star quarterback Kanler Coker (Gainesville, Ga./North Hall) to leave East Carolina and join the Tar Heels, the Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports.
"Coach Fedora offered me, we talked a few hours and... I don't know... it just felt right. North Carolina has always been one of my 'dream schools.' I went with my heart. I went ahead and committed."
Coker, who committed to East Carolina in December, had a fantastic senior season where he threw for 2,809 yards and 31 touchdowns.
