Josh Harvey-Clemons (Valdosta, Ga./Lowndes) confirmed Tuesday night via text message that he will make his official visit to Georgia on Jan. 13. Harvey-Clemons is then scheduled to visit Florida State (Jan. 20) and possibly Louisville (Jan. 27) before making his decision on signing day.
It is believed that Georgia and Florida are his two front-runners. Harvey-Clemons made his official visit to see the Gators last month (Dec. 9).
Harvey-Clemons, 6-4 and 210 pounds, is the state’s top prospect. He’s also the No. 2 ranked outside linebacker prospect in the nation and the No. 23 overall recruit in the ESPNU 150. Harvey-Clemons finished the season with 105 tackles, three sacks and three interceptions on defense.
