After finding success in Southern California with the 2013 recruiting class, Mike Leach and Washington State are hitting the area again this year.
Nine of the 24 members of the Cougars' 2013 class were from high schools or junior colleges in Southern California, and Washington State already has three of its first five commitments in this year's class from the same area.
On Tuesday, wide receiver Zaire Andre (Inglewood, Calif./Inglewood) became commitment No. 5 for the Cougs. He said he wanted to do it on Tuesday, because receivers coach Dennis Simmons and David Yost were visiting the school.
