Junior prospect Justin Phillips (Pearland, Texas/Pearland) has become Oklahoma State's second Class of 2014 commitment, multiple sources report.
Baylor, Boise State, Colorado and Northwestern also extended scholarship offers to the 5-foot-11, 210-pound linebacker. Texas, Texas A&M, Texas Tech and Southern Methodist were among the other programs showing interest.
