Three-star wide receiver Jumichael Ramos (Lovejoy, Ga./Lovejoy) flipped his commitment Sunday from the Yellow Jackets to the Wolfpack, according to multiple sources.
The 6-foot-3, 195-pound Ramos originally selected Georgia Tech in November. Cincinnati, Florida Atlantic, Middle Tennessee and South Florida are his other scholarship offers.
