Three-star safety Shaun Rupert (Montgomery, Ala./Carver) committed to Arkansas State in August but didn't completely shutdown the recruiting process. He took an official visit to Missouri this weekend and is now on board with the Tigers, according to multiple sources.
“Growing up in Montgomery, it’s everybody’s dream to play in the SEC,” Rupert told the Montgomery Advertiser. “I’m real excited. It’s a great family environment here and the staff is great, too.”
Alabama State, Harvard, Northern Illinois, Penn State, South Alabama, South Florida, UAB, Central Florida, Wake Forest and Wofford also extended scholarship offers, while Tennessee showed interest.
