N.C. State grabs DT Monty Nelson

Senior defensive lineman Monty Nelson (Ft. Lauderdale, Fla./Plantation) pledged to sign with the Wolfpack while on his official visit, according to multiple sources.
Plantation coach Steve Davis confirmed the news, posting on his Twitter Handel @CoachSteveDavis, "Congratulations to Monty Nelton on his commitment tonight to North Carolina State. It was a blast coaching you the past 3 years. #GoPack"
The three-star prospect also took an official trip to Arkansas (Jan. 25th). Florida Atlantic, Illinois, Indiana, Louisville, Michigan State, Minnesota, Missouri, Pittsburgh, Rutgers, South Florida, Wake Forest, West Virginia and Wisconsin were his other scholarship offers.
