Oregon State was one of the very few FBS teams without a quarterback commitment in the 2013 class. That changed Saturday.
While on an official visit, the Beavers offered Massillon (Ohio) Washington quarterback Kyle Kempt, who promptly accepted the offer.
"Oregon State felt like a great fit and I was excited to receive the opportunity to play football there," Kempt said.
