The Jaguars hosted under-the-radar three-star senior Terrence Upshaw (Duluth, Ga./Northview) on an official visit over the weekend and received his verbal at the conclusion of the trip.
Upshaw spoke with AL.com about his decision: "I like that it is a new, upcoming program and I like what Coach [Joey] Jones is doing with the team. The dorms and facilities and the football facility is really nice."
Bowling Green, Buffalo, Georgia Tech, Navy, Vanderbilt and Wake Forest also recruited Upshaw, who accounted for 1,600 total yards and scored 31 touchdowns as a senior.
