Western Kentucky has secured a verbal commitment from wide receiver Aaron Jackson (Frankfort, Ky./Frankfort), multiple sources report.
Jackson chose the Hilltoppers over offers from Air Force, Bowling Green, Eastern Kentucky, Murray State and Navy.
The 6-foot-3, 185-pound pass-catcher is excited to play in Bobby Petrino's offense, according to the Louisville Courier-Journal: "[Petrino] is going to spread it out. You know he's going to throw it around, and that's what a receiver wants."
As a senior, Jackson had 60 receptions for 1,513 yards (25.2 yards per catch) and 18 touchdowns.
