According to multiple sources, Maliek Collins (Kansas City/Center) is the second 2013 defensive tackle to select Nebraska this weekend, joining Kevin Maurice (Orlando/Freedom).
Collins, a 6-foot-2, 285-pound senior, was in Lincoln, Neb., for an official visit. Cornhuskers offensive line/tight ends coach John Garrison served as his primary recruiter.
Kansas (Nov. 16) and Missouri (Dec. 7) also hosted Collins on official visits. His other scholarship offers include Iowa, Iowa State, South Dakota State, Southeast Missouri State and Tulsa.
Collins, who will be evaluated soon by ESPN, is commitment No. 19 for Nebraska.
