Make that 14.
It’s no secret Ohio State coach Urban Meyer has an affinity for athletes from the state of Georgia. The two-time national champion proved it once again by offering 2014 outside linebacker Kevin Mouhon (Norcross, Ga./Norcross).
The 6-foot-1, 210-pound Mouhon becomes the 14th junior from the Peach State to be offered by the Buckeyes and the third from Norcross. Incidentally, the other two are running back Myles Autry and defensive end Lorenzo Carter.
Mouhon is the 10th linebacker from the junior class to be offered by Ohio State and the sixth outside linebacker.
As part of the Blue Devils’ undefeated Class AAAAAA state championship team, Mouhon recorded 152 tackles, five sacks, five pass deflections, two interceptions a fumble recovery and added a defensive touchdown.
Mouhon currently has offers from Florida State, Nebraska, Oklahoma State, Penn State, Tennessee and Wake Forest as well as the Buckeyes.
