Scouts: Redfield boosts ND's athleticism

If ESPN 150 athlete Max Redfield (Mission Viejo, Calif./Mission Viejo) plays defense for the Fighting Irish, he will be a significant upgrade in athleticism, speed and talent over what they have now. Conversely, especially considering what we saw with USC's Marqise Lee two years ago, having played safety in the Under Armour game, Redfield could just as easily be an offensive weapon at wide receiver for Notre Dame. Regardless, the Irish just got better with the additions of Redfield and fellow Under Armour All-American Tarean Folston (Cocoa, Fla./Cocoa) this week.
