Three-star safety Nate Godwin (Tampa, Fla./Freedom) has flipped his commitment from Minnesota to South Florida.
He posted the following to his Twitter account: "With some hard thought I have de-committed from Minnesota. And committed to the university of SOUTH FLORIDA!!!"
Godwin, who had committed to Minnesota in October, also had offers from Arkansas State, Ball State, Bowling Green, Buffalo, Florida Atlantic, Iowa State, Ohio, South Alabama, UAB, West Virginia, Western Kentucky and Western Michigan.
