According to a release from head coach Todd Graham on the school's official site, Arizona State signed five players for the early period. The group includes one December high school graduate, a former Colorado signee, two junior college teammates, and a transfer from Auburn.
Chans Cox (Lakesize, Ariz./Blue Ridge), a 6-foot-2, 225-pound three-star athlete, will finish high school early and join the Sun Devils' linebacker corps in January. "He's big, fast, strong and versatile, and he's going to be a guy that will be impactful to our program in a hurry," Graham said.
Kisima Jagne (Chandler, Ariz./Chandler), a 6-foot-5, 255-pound defensive end who signed with Colorado in 2012 as a three-star prospect, is now set for ASU. "Kisima is a guy that fits our hybrid system because, among other things, his great ability to rush the passer," Graham noted.
