Iowa State announced Wednesday the signings of Emmanuel Bibbs (Chicago/Arizona Western CC), Aaron Wimberly (Snellville, Ga./Iowa Western CC), Shawn Curtis (Orlando/Olympia) and Alton Meeks (Orlando/Dr. Phillips).

"Both Aaron and Emmanuel are playmakers," head coach Paul Rhoads said. "Every time Aaron got his hands on the ball, you thought he could go all the way. Emmanuel is a tight end that can make people miss. Defenses had to respect his big-play ability. Both are great additions to our program. Alton Meeks and Shawn Curtis will have a real advantage coming in early and have a shot at playing right away."

Bibbs is a 6-foot-3, 240-pound, three-star ranked No. 40 in the ESPN JC 100. He caught 22 passes for 230 yards and six touchdowns this fall earning second team juco All-American recognition.
