Chicago Simeon safety Aaron Banks is dealing with a setback.
With a few games left in the season, he was making a block on a punt return on the gunner when he tweaked his knee. He was able to keep jogging and walk normally, so he thought it was just a hyperextension.
A week later he finally went to get an MRI, which revealed he had a slight ACL tear and torn meniscus. Surgery was performed, and Banks is four weeks into physical therapy.
