Three-star defensive tackle Nick Thurman (Dallas/Lake Highlands) and wide receiver John Leday (Port Arthur, Texas/Memorial) are the latest seniors to jump on board with Houston, multiple sources report.
Thurman, a 6-foot-4, 250-pound prospect, selected the Cougars over scholarship offers from Arkansas, Columbia, Harvard, New Mexico State, North Texas, Purdue, Tulsa, UTSA and Washington State.
The 5-foot-10, 170-pound Leday also held offers from Louisiana Tech and North Texas, according to Rivals.com. He caught 49 passes for 587 yards and four touchdowns this fall.
