Defensive end Randall Anderson has committed to East Carolina, and he plans to sign early and join the Pirates for spring football, DelawareOnline.com reports.
He was a first team all-state selection last season at New Castle (Del.) William Penn High School but didn't receive much attention on the trail and headed to Fork Union (Va.) Military Academy.
“I didn’t have many recruiters looking at me coming out of high school, so I had to go to prep school to get some more looks and get better at football,” Anderson said. “ ... I’ve learned a lot. Just being able to juggle everything, take all of these classes and then work on football afterward.
