Junior college quarterback Tyler Ferguson (Bakersfield, Calif./College of Sequoias) has reversed course and said he committed to the Nittany Lions today.
When asked what the deciding factor was in his decision, Ferguson said it was quarterbacks coach Charlie Fisher. "I felt amazingly comfortable with [him]," Ferguson said. "And I really want to play for him."
He becomes the 18th commit -- and second quarterback -- of Penn State's 2013 class. He will compete for the starting job as soon as he arrives on campus.
