Four-star offensive tackle Joe Fennell (Fort Myers, Fla./South) has decommitted from Western Kentucky and is now on board with the Bulls, according to multiple reports.
Fennell originally picked Western Kentucky in August. South Florida's new head coach is Willie Taggart, who previous held the same position at WKU.
Clemson, Florida, Florida State, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Miami-FL, South Florida and West Virginia also extended scholarship offers to the 6-foot-5, 310-pound senior.
ESPN writes in his evaluation, "Fennell combines his initial quickness and playing strength to dominate as a run blocker... does not appear to be an immediate starter at the BCS level of play, but early playing time while providing depth is a possibility."
Fennell was Western Kentucky's highest-rated pledge and is now the prize of South Florida's class.
