Three-star receiver Ricky Jeune (Montvale, N.J./St. Joseph Regional) has two favorites.
“Hopefully I’m going to go to Purdue this Saturday coming up and probably go visit Georgia Tech,” Jeune said.
Jeune said Purdue has a few things going in its favor despite no longer having Danny Hope as coach.
“They have a good offense,” Jeune said. “Their coach got fired, and they hired a great head coach [in Darrell Hazell].”
As for Georgia Tech, coach Paul Johnson runs a triple-option attack but star NFL receivers Calvin Johnson and Demaryius Thomas have both come through the program over recent years.
“I like the system,” Jeune said, “and they’ve been bringing out good receivers.”
