Idaho added a junior college talent to its 2013 recruiting class today, as cornerback Delency Parham (Santa Barbara, Calif./Santa Barbara City College) committed to the Vandals.
While coach Paul Petrino sealed the deal, an assistant coach who is no longer a part of the Idaho staff set the commitment in motion.
"Coach [Torey] Hunter was the first coach to reach out to me," Parham said of the Vandals' former cornerbacks coach. "He showed the new staff my film and Coach Petrino said I was their No. 1 DB recruit."
