Steven Nelson now set for Oregon State

Highly coveted College of the Sequoias (Visalia, Calif.) cornerback Steven Nelson committed Wednesday to play in the Pac-12 for Oregon State, according to multiple reports.
Nelson, a Warner Robins, Ga., native, originally committed to Georgia in February but decommitted from the Bulldogs last month. He officially visited the Beavers in early October.
California, Fresno State, Houston, Middle Tennessee, Missouri, Oklahoma, Ole Miss, Texas Tech, USC and Washington State also extended scholarship offers to the 6-foot-1, 185-pound CB.
He's the second junior college player to select the Beavers for 2013. They have 13 total pledges.
