Three-star cornerback Daquawn Brown (Los Angeles/Dorsey) is the latest senior to select Washington State, multiple sources report. He made an official visit to Pullman, Wash. during the weekend of Nov. 9 for the Cougars' 34-15 victory over Utah.
Brown, a 5-foot-11, 175-pound prospect, took an official visit to Washington this past weekend and had scheduled a visit to Boise State for Jan. 18th. Arizona State, California, Hawaii, San Jose State and UCLA also offered the nation's No. 62-rated CB.
ESPN describes him as, "a very active and aware underneath corner with a high ceiling. Has natural instincts at the position and good quickness and feet but needs to fill out his taller frame and become more explosive... Well-rounded, scheme versatile DB who could be falling under the radar some."
Brown is pledge No. 21 for Washington State. The Cougars have secured verbals from two four-stars and 12 three-stars.
