Junior college defensive tackle David Washington (Lovejoy, Ga./Hinds C.C.) is no longer committed to Kentucky, multiple sources report.
Washington opened up his commitment after the firing of former Kentucky head coach Joker Phillips. Mississippi State is now considered the leader for his services, according to 247Sports.com:
"Mississippi State was always in the back of my mind. I had a good relationship with the Kentucky staff but I at the same time I (sic) still had a good relationship with Mississippi State."
Washington originally signed with the Wildcats as part of the class of 2011.
