High three-star cornerback Jahmere Irvin-Sills (Elkton, Md./Eastern Christian) has decommitted from Auburn following the departure of former head coach Gene Chizik, multiple sources report.
However, the Tigers remain in the mix for Irvin-Sills. The 5-foot-9, 173-pound senior is still considering Auburn along with Ole Miss and West Virginia. Boston College, Hawaii, Houston, Maryland, North Carolina State, Rutgers, Southern Miss and Temple are his other offers.
ESPN calls him, "a scheme versatile, aggressive DB with good production and skill-set at both corner and safety... an impressive prospect falling under the radar a bit with his productivity around the football and versatility. Added size will likely see this prospect rise up the recruiting board."
