The Wisconsin Badgers added commitment No. 19 in the 2013 recruiting class, as safety Tyler Foreman (Encino, Calif./Crespi) announced his commitment on Tuesday afternoon.
"I committed because I knew it would be a great fit for me," Foreman said.
Foreman narrowed his choices down to a final four -- Oklahoma, UCLA, Utah and Wisconsin -- but an official visit to see the Badgers in late October and a strong connection with linebackers coach Andy Buh sealed the deal for Wisconsin.
