Cyclones score four-star Shawn Curtis

Iowa State landed four-star offensive tackle Shawn Curtis (Orlando, Fla./Olympia) on Tuesday, multiple sources report. Curtis, the nation's No. 29 OT, is now the highest-rated verbal for the Cyclones. He made an official visit to Ames, Iowa, during the weekend of Oct. 26 for Iowa State's 35-21 victory over Baylor.
The 6-foot-6, 269-pound senior also made official visits to Mississippi State (Oct. 12), Syracuse (Oct. 19) and Wake Forest (Nov. 2).
His other offers include Cincinnati, Connecticut, East Carolina, Florida International, Florida Atlantic, Kentucky, Louisville, North Carolina, North Carolina State, South Alabama and South Florida.
