He might not have an offer, but that does not mean the Wisconsin coaches aren’t high on Daniel Helm (Chatham, Ill./Glenwood). The 2014 tight end made his fourth visit to Wisconsin on Saturday.
“I enjoyed the atmosphere like last time. Camp Randall is a lot of fun,” said Helm, who was last in Madison for the Minnesota game. “The coaches were great. I like what they’re doing with the tight ends like Jacob Pedersen. They pretty much dominated offensively but couldn’t punch the ball in.”
Helm was watching Ohio State’s offense, too, and although the tight ends were not heavily involved, he knows about Urban Meyer’s history with tight ends, including Aaron Hernandez.
