Senior running back/linebacker Ryan Severson (San Jose, Calif./Valley Christian) has committed to play for his hometown Spartans, multiple sources report.
The 5-foot-11, 186-pound Severson was a standout on the Nike Combine circuit this spring when he posted an electronically-timed 4.46 40-yard dash, 4.27 20-yard shuttle, 34.4-inch vertical and 105.36 SPARQ.
