The Navy Midshipmen have topped multiple Pac-12 schools in picking up a commitment from three-star defensive end Austin Kurke (El Segundo, Calif./El Segundo), according to multiple sources.
Arizona State, California, Utah, Air Force, Army, Hawaii and South Dakota State also extended scholarship offers to the 6-foot-4, 221-pound prospect.
ESPN describes him as, "a physical kid with some nastiness who needs to continue to grow as a player. While likely not an immediate contributor, he demonstrates the ability to develop into a productive FBS defender. We wouldn't be surprised if he gained a little more attention with a good senior year."
