Three-star wide receiver David Coggins (Waterbury, Conn./Sacred Heart), who missed all of last season with an ankle injury, said he is no longer committed to Boston College, ESPNBoston.com reports.
“It's not out there yet, but I have decommitted from BC,” he said. “I wanted to keep my options open and see what else is out there.”
Coggins caught 78 passes for 1,427 yards and 13 touchdowns as a sophomore. He's made 139 receptions for 2,256 yards and 17 touchdowns in his two years of varsity football.
