Defensive end / outside linebacker Terrell Hartsfield originally committed to the Red Raiders for the Class of 2010. According to multiple sources, the 6-foot-3, 245-pound prospect still hopes to sign with Texas Tech, this time as part of the 2013 class.
Hartsfield's first pledge came out of Wake Forest Rolesville (N.C.) High School. He did not sign and moved on to Hargrave Military Academy (Chatham, Va.) where he made a 2011 verbal to Tech but again was unable to sign.
