Visits possible, not priority for QB Scott

Brayden Scott (Tahlequah, Okla./Sequoyah) is Memphis’ lone quarterback commit of the 2013 recruiting class. He’s also very straightforward when it comes to recruiting.

Scott, who committed to Memphis in June, is hoping to take all five of his official visits in an effort to fully enjoy the recruiting process. Scott said he is solid with Memphis, but he also wants to keep the window of opportunity ajar for other schools.

“Right now it’s 100 percent, but with this business, you just don’t know what’s going to happen,” Scott said. “I’m not saying I’m going to decommit, but if a better situation falls in my hand, I know the Memphis coaching staff will understand that.
