NIU lands big back Joel Bouagnon

Senior running back / linebacker Joel Bouagnon (Aurora, Ill./Christian) has committed to play in the Mid-American Conference for Northern Illinois, multiple sources report.
Bouagnon, a 6-foot-2, 224-pound prospect, rushed for 1,446 yards and 15 touchdowns during his junior campaign.
This offseason, he registered an electronically-timed 4.90 40-yard dash, 4.49 20-yard shuttle, 30.9-inch vertical and 84.57 SPARQ on the Nike Combine circuit.
The Huskies now have 12 pledges for 2013.
