Senior defensive back Bryant Gross (Plantation, Fla./American Heritage) has committed to play in the Big East for Rutgers, multiple sources report.
The 6-foot-1, 185-pound prospect is graded as a three-star prospect and the nation's No. 65-rated safety by ESPN, which describes Gross as a player who, "has some upside and potential scheme versatility if a program is patient in his development."
Bowling Green, Central Michigan, Georgia State, Hawaii, LSU, Marshall, Memphis, Purdue, Tennessee State, Tulane, Utah State and Western Michigan also extended scholarship offers to Gross. Miami-FL showed interest.
