Hartnell Community College (Salinas, Calif.) cornerback Carroll Washington has pledged to continue his career in the Southeastern Conference at Arkansas, multiple sources report.
Washington, a 5-foot-11, 175-pound prospect from Edmondson-Westside High School (Baltimore), also received scholarship offers from Brigham Young, Kansas, Mississippi State, Rutgers, San Diego State, Texas Tech and Utah State.
He is set to rejoin former Hartnell teammate and Baltimore native Kiero Small, who plays fullback for the Razorbacks.
Arkansas now has 12 commitments for 2013, including two from the junior college ranks.
