Three-star outside linebacker Bobby Wolford (Jacksonville, Fla./Bishop Kenny) decommitted from Brigham Young and committed to Boston College Monday night, Rivals.com reports.
Wolford cited BYU's distance from home as the main reason for his change of heart. Additionally, he stated that this commitment is final.
Navy, Harvard and Princeton also offered. Programs such as Arkansas, Georgia Tech, Boise State and Vanderbilt showed interest in the 6-foot-3, 225-pound senior.
Boston College's Class of 2012 now has 15 pledges. Wolford is the fourth linebacker recruit for the Eagles.
