Boston College, Buffalo, Colorado, Hawaii, Massachusetts, Old Dominion Syracuse and Temple also extended scholarship offers to Carter (6-foot-0, 200 pounds). Marshall, Ohio, Penn State and West Virginia recruited the three-star prospect.
