The Wildcats have secured a verbal commitment from running back Warren Miles-Long (Union City, Calif./James Logan), according to multiple sources.
Miles-Long, who also had an offer from Colorado, told the Mercury News why he chose Northwestern:
"It was probably the coaching staff and how they welcomed me like no other school."
The 5-foot-11, 191-pounder rushed for over 1,000 yards in back-to-back seasons and he scored 19 touchdowns as a junior.
