Three-star defensive tackle Marcus Adams (East Point, Ga./Tri Cities) has become the third class of 2013 pledge for Western Kentucky, multiple sources report.
Middle Tennessee, Ole Miss and Texas Christian also extended scholarship offers to the 6-foot, 275-pound Adams. Duke, Georgia Tech and South Florida showed interest.
Prior to his junior year, Adams posted a 5.11 40-yard dash, 4.78 20-yard shuttle and 25.9-inch vertical on the combine circuit.
All three of Western Kentucky's verbals have come from three-star caliber players.
