Tanner Vallejo (Grass Valley, Calif./Nevada Union) has become the latest 2013 prospect to select Boise State over scholarship offers from Pac-12 programs, according to multiple sources.
Arizona, Colorado, Colorado State, Fresno State, Nevada, San Diego State and Washington State also extended scholarship offers to the 6-foot-1, 220-pound prospect. Iowa State, Nebraska, Oregon and UCLA showed interest.
Vallejo was a standout on the Nike Combine circuit this spring when he posted an electronically-timed 4.74 40-yard dash, 4.3 20-yard shuttle, 32.6-inch vertical and 97.17 SPARQ.
He is the seventh 2013 verbal for Boise State.
